New Characters
In January 2022, Sony confirmed that Jason Schwartzman has joined the cast as Jonathan Ohnn, also known as the supervillain The Spot. The character is expected to be one of the main antagonists in Beyond the Spider-Verse.
In the comics, The Spot’s entire body is covered with interdimensional portals that he can place and remove anywhere. This allows him to teleport and phase between portals, making him quite difficult catch.
