To save her family from ruin, Miss Olivia Langley is forced into a dangerous charade – pulling on a disguise, she takes to the road as a highwayman. Disaster strikes when she robs the one man she had hoped never to see again. Five years ago Lord William Ryder broke Livvy's heart. Now he has returned, and she fears that if anyone can succeed at unmasking her deepest secrets, it will be him.

“Another all-nighter, Wendy Vella did not disappoint. This is my third book by this author. I love the spunk and determination of the Langley sisters and the strong honorable men they attract.”

“I was only 1/2 way through this book and did something I've never done. I hurried and order the next book in the series, this one was that good. The character's were written so well, that I felt I was a member of the family or at least a close friend. I enjoyed how the brother's became friends, and this wasn't drawn out in the book. I dislike when miscommunication keeps people from enjoying each other. I loved all the sisters and secondary character's and hope book 3 (please) is about Bella and Luke. There are wonderful love scenes, and not the type were you feel dirty, but oh so ready for a shower!!! The storyline is fresh, the dialogue clever, and you will be laughing at times. If you can't tell, I highly recommend this book”

The Reluctant Countess, was published in February 2013 by Random House in their Loveswept line, from there she went on to self-publish four novels and one novella in her first year. With two of those books reaching #1 in Regency Historical's on Amazon, and another to #7,...
