A Mass Protest in Bangladesh.

A Fresh wave of violence in Bangladesh swallowed 93 lives and many were injured. From the middle of July Bangladesh was wracked with the most serious episodes of violent protest against Haseena Wajid”s government. This movement was started by the students who were exploited by a controversial jobs quota system. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid announced a heavy-handed crackdown and curfew. Many of the students were arrested in the agitation. There are now questions about the longer-term economic fallout of the unrest and whether political trust between the government and some segments of the population can be restored.
